Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered at Our Lady of Lourdes every Saturday from 3:00-4:00pm in the Parish Life Center. Appointments can always be scheduled with Fr. Kavanagh by calling the parish office.

Each Advent and Lenten season, our parish offers an Evening Prayer and Penance Service. Our next will be this Lent on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 7:00pm. Evening Prayer begins in the church at 7:00 immediately followed by individual Confessions in our Parish Life Center. Priests from around the Diocese of Columbus assist Fr. Kavanagh in the Sacrament.

Catholics are required to confess grave sins at least once per year, and anyone conscious of grave sin must receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation before receiving the Eucharist.
