Our Parish Life Center is available to rent by both parishioners and non-parishioners. Both our Commons space and classrooms are available for rental.
Classrooms: Classrooms have a daily rate of $350. Monday through Saturday, classrooms are available from 8am-5pm. On Sundays, classrooms are available from 10am-2pm. We have two larger classrooms that can hold a maximum of 78 people. Our smaller classrooms can accommodate up to a maximum of 38 guests.
Commons: The entire facility holds a maximum of 520 people with tables/chairs set-up. Our rental includes the use of our space, the use of our kitchen for caterers or to keep food warm (no cooking may be done by the renter), the use of our projector/drop-down screen, microphone, podium, tables, chairs and an event manager to assist. We also have coat racks available in the vestibule.
We have 30 six-foot round tables that seat 8 people comfortably, accommodating 240 guests. We have 20 eight-foot-long rectangular banquet tables that work well for buffets, auction items, etc. and 300 folding chairs. If additional tables or seating were needed, the renter is responsible for securing those.
The back section (which faces the old Kroger) has a projector and drop-down screen for presentations. We have both wireless and wired microphones and a podium available for use if needed. All windows have shades that can be adjusted.
The entire Commons rents for $2,000 for a half day (6-hour rental) and $4,000 for a full day (10-hour rental). There is a dividing wall that can split the room into 2 smaller rooms. The slightly larger back side (with the projector) seats up to 293 with tables/chairs and rents $1,125 for the half day and $2,250 for the full day. The slightly smaller front section seats up to 227 with tables/chairs and rents for $1,000 for the half day and $2,000 for the whole day. Renters are responsible for set-up of their event and clean-up afterwards and this is included in the rental time. Each event is assigned a manager that assists with building access, etc. For an additional fee, tables and chairs can be set-up prior to and torn down after the event.
Insurance: Liability insurance coverage is required by the Diocese. If the renter does not have their own policy, then one may be purchased through the Diocese for $95.
Event Time: Events on Saturdays cannot begin before 6pm. Saturday evening Mass is from 4:30-5:30pm. A 6pm start allows time for our parishioners to leave and open up the parking lot for event guests. That said, a smaller group would be allowed to come at an earlier time to set-up if needed. We also cannot accommodate an event on a Sunday or Wednesday evening in mid-September through the beginning of May due to our PYC (parish school of religion) classes using the entire facility. Please note that we have many active ministries within our parish, and these groups have priority when it comes to scheduling.
