Confirmation Preparation

The Sacrament of Confirmation completes initiation into the Catholic Church and equips our youth, with the help of the Holy Spirit, to spread and defend the Faith as true witnesses of Christ.

Preparation for Confirmation is a two-year process, typically beginning in the 7th grade year. The catechist team continually works to improve the process of preparation and formation so the youth are engaged and involved. We ask parents to get involved too. This begins with attending Mass weekly as a family as well as talking to and supporting your children in their faith journeys. We also expect regular attendance at PYC.
